Where AI may assist
AI tools may help research topics, propose outlines, draft or edit articles, summarise source material and suggest homepage research metrics. AI may also be used for internal administrative support.
Human accountability
AI-generated articles are created as drafts and require an administrator to review and approve them before publication. Scheduled publication occurs only after that approval decision. Fortentra remains accountable for the content it publishes.
Sources and factual claims
Where content relies on external facts or statistics, editors should check the original source, date, context and link. AI output may be incomplete or wrong and is not treated as evidence by itself. Material claims should be supportable from reliable sources.
Privacy, confidentiality and security
Editors must not submit client secrets, credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential engagement material to an AI provider unless explicitly authorised and protected by suitable contractual and technical controls. Provider settings and API credentials remain server-side.
Transparency and correction
Fortentra may identify materially AI-assisted content where that context would help readers understand how it was produced. If an error is found, we will correct or remove the content and update supporting sources where appropriate. Contact us to raise a concern.
